AAA Test Lab technical staff is comprised of engineers with semiconductor industry experience in test development, device characterization, and failure analysis. AAA offers test and analysis capabilities developed specifically to provide counterfeit detection analysis compliant with all aspects of AS6081. In addition, AAA provides cost-effective full turn-key semiconductor testing, qualification, and related technical services to Military / Avionics / Medical OEM users of semiconductor devices including temp cycling, speed certification, burn-in testing, and electrical characterization.

Prior to any test or analysis, we recommend that all orders undergo a thorough visual inspection adopted from MIL-STD-883G, Method 2009.9 and IDEA-STD-1010-B, that includes evaluation of the incoming shipping package, shipping documentation and carrier, as well as a detailed microscopic visual inspection of all surfaces and leads, non-destructive solvent tests, and mechanical dimension measurements. Next, a AAA test plan in accordance with your requirements is followed utilizing the latest X-Ray, IC Decapsulation, XRF Spectroscopy, and counterfeit IC test equipment.
