Senior Management

Gary Heyes is a co-founder of USBid, Inc. and has served as its President and CEO since 1999. Gary has an EE degree with extensive experience in the semiconductor and electronic component industries. Prior to USBid, he was the President and CEO of American Silicon Products. He was also the VP of Stationary Power for Yuasa Exide (now Enersys) and previously held positions at AT&T Microelectronics (now LSI Logic) and VTC, Inc. (now Cypress Semiconductor). These positions involved providing both standard and custom (ASIC) semiconductor solutions to major electronic systems providers.

He holds an MBA from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, MN, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. Heyes is also co-founder and Board Member of WBParts, Inc. a global provider of aircraft parts and ground support equipment for commercial and military aerospace applications.

As a co-founder, Jerome Pepin has been involved with USBid from inception, assisting in the formation of both the IT and business infrastructure of the company. He is a key contributor to USBid�s Board and is actively involved in strategic planning activities with the company.

Jerome Pepin is also co-founder of WBParts, Inc. and serves as its CEO and President. Prior to WBParts, Pepin co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Performance Software Solutions Inc. (PSSI), a software development and consulting company founded in 1994. He held sales and management positions, with Consilium, Inc. (now Applied Materials), and with Applied Data Research (now Computer Associates). These positions involved providing strategic software solutions to major Aerospace and Defense companies.

Mr. Pepin received an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.

Mark Caulfield joined USBid in 2003 and serves as CFO/Controller for the corporation and its affiliated companies. He handles the company�s audit, legal and banking relationships and his duties include financial and tax reporting, along with budgeting and business modeling. Additionally, he manages the accounting department staff functions, including billing, disbursements, and payroll, as well as vendor and customer financial matters.

Mark interacts with other senior management on strategic goals and long-term planning, as well as with the operations and sales teams to coordinate effective financial processes and internal controls.

Mr. Caulfield is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years of financial management experience in both private and public companies. He has coordinated a number of strategic business initiatives including private placement funding, IPOs, asset sales, and change of control events. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Taxation from the College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ and an MBA from the University of Florida, in Gainesville, FL.

Stephen Du Mont has been a key advisor to USBid since its inception and has served as Chairman of the Board. For the past decade Steve has been in the position of Corporate Officer & Global Managing Director leading a strategic consulting team providing pro bono services (for C-level leaders/boards) for Global 500 organizations and government leaders based on changing business model architectures utilizing emerging technologies. He served as co-leader of a global team dedicated to creation of the Smart Connected Communities business venture for Cisco, operated out of Bangalore, India from 2008 to 2010 in connection with building Cisco�s dual world headquarters 12,000 person campuses.

Prior to Cisco, Steve Served as COO/CEO to execute fundamental strategy repositioning [(Limited Brands- Mast Industries (NYSE), Antigua Group (privately held), Stride Rite Group (NYSE), Guess (NYSE)]. Additionally he served as International Senior Equity Partner for Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture).
