| When you activate your account, you are assigned a trader based on your location (country) and language skills. Your trader is your primary contact at USBid. He or she will assist you with RFQs, placing orders and answering questions.
Assigning real people to our customers right away differientiates us from other self-service web sites. If you want to introduce yourself to your trader, send him an email or, if it is during business hours, call.
Your trader's information is at the web site. When you log in, go to the buyer page and you will see your trader's name, phone number and email address. |
