A multi-part search is our mechanism for searching for multiple parts at one time. Our system enables you to perform multiple part searches in two ways: List entry and BuyList Upload. Both of these search features can be used once you have registered and logged in.
List Entry
This multi-part search feature allows you to enter multiple part numbers into the text area (one per line). Type or paste your part numbers into the text area, name your list (for future reference) and click Upload. Your list is automatically loaded and ready for searching.
BuyList Upload (Buy List, RFQ, BOM)
Upload your BOM, RFQ and/or BuyLists. Use our BuyList upload feature to handle large lists (up to 200 items). You can upload any .csv (comma separated) text file or use our "BuyListTMUpload Template" to arrange your list in the following field order:
PART# | Quantity | Price | Keywords
NOTE: Although PART# is a required field, it is recommended to enter as much information as possible.
Step 1: Create your list and save it as a ".csv" file. You can also use our "BuyListUpload Template."
Step 2: Click the "Browse" button and find the ".csv" file you created. Once found, click "Open" or "Choose" to select the file for upload.
Step 3: Name your list for future reference.
Step 4: Click "Upload List Now" and your list will be loaded and ready for searching.
