Founded in Silicon Valley California, IXYS Corporation develops technology-driven products to improve power conversion efficiency.

A development pioneer of power semiconductors, integrated circuits and RF systems, IXYS products monitor electrical voltage to produce maximum results with least energy expenditure. IXYS IC portfolio include HVICs based on our Clare division's technology, utilizing a high voltage SOI process. Our HVIC's serve medical, telecommunication and power management applications including off AC line LED drivers.

With the integration of Zilog Corporation as an IXYS Company, we added the Zilog family of MCU's to our IC product offering, enabling digital power management to motor control, power metering and battery charging.
